SHIPPING

We offer free local delivery to Kelowna residents and free shipping to residents in Canada when they purchase $150 or more.
$15 flat standard shipping rate in Canada.
Free local delivery - (2-3 business days)
Standard Shipping - (5-7 business days)

Currently, Lewis and Arlo ships exclusively within Canada. Due to ongoing tariff uncertainties and cross-border shipping complexities, we have temporarily paused shipments to the United States. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve our US customers again soon.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. You will be notified when your order has shipped.

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 14 days from the date the order was received.

Please contact us before returning to hello@lewisandarlo.com. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Once the goods have been returned, we will reimburse your payment within 5 business days to your initial method of payment.

If you wish to exchange an item, please proceed with returning the item as noted above and create a new order.
