* Measure back length from the collar to the base of the tail
** Measure chest at the widest part
*** Arlo pictured below, is a standard wire-hair; with a back length of  17" and an 18" chest. He wears a size Large.

As a general rule:

Extra Small - fits puppies, tiny doxies
Small - fits minis, standard puppies
Medium - fits tweenies
Large - fits standards
Extra large - fits large standards, smaller corgis
